What time does the event run from and to?
Gates open at 10:00am, the last event is due to finish around 17.00pm.
Where can I park?
Free parking is provided on site.
Do you take card?
Yes, but we recommend you bring a mixture of cash and card. There will not be an ATM available on site.
Are dogs allowed on site?
Yes, but they must remain on lead. Dog owners are responsible for their dogs behaviour, and may be asked to leave if their dog is out of control or poses a risk to the safety of guests and/or livestock.
Can I bring my own food/drink?
Yes, however please be aware there are no storage or refrigeration services on site. Water refill stations will be available free of charge.
Accessibility
Is the site/event accessible?
Every effort has been made to make sure the site is accessible to all, however given the nature of the event and its location this is not always possible. Please email info@bedsyfcrally.com or use the contact form if you require further information.
Do you offer a reduced ticket price for registered carers?
Yes. Registered carers will receive free entry, however, the guest with the disability and any further members of their party will pay full price. Please bring proof of disability and/or registered carer status.
Is disabled parking available?
Yes. Please show your blue badge upon arrival and one of our parking assistants will direct you further.
Tickets
How much are tickets?
Tickets purchased in advance are £10 (ages 16+) Children aged under 10 and registered carers go free.
On the day ticket prices are:
Adult - £15
Under 16 - £10
Under 10 - Free
Family ticket (2 adults, 2 children) - £40
Can I purchase extra tickets on the gate? Yes. Both cash & card will be accepted.
What is a rally yearbook?
A rally yearbook is your guide to the rally and show. It contains information about our clubs, our sponsors, the classes and exhibitors and a handy schedule for the day. One yearbook is included per online booking, though you can purchase extra.
Young Farmers & Taking Part
How can I become a Young Farmer? - By joining us! Click here to visit the Beds YFC website and get in touch with your nearest club.
Can I/my children take part? - We offer some classes for those of pre-Young Farmer age (under 10 years old). These are:
Class A: Aged 5 and Under - Animal Finger Paint Picture.
Class B: Aged 6 & 7 - Paint a Terracotta Flowerpot.
Class C: Aged 8 & 9 - Decorate a Jam Jar to take a tea light.
Class D: Under 10s - 3 cupcakes or muffins.
Entries should be submitted to the handicraft barn before 10:30am on the day of the Rally. You will need to complete an entry card, so please bring a pen. There is no fee to enter these classes.
Children can also join in with the flour and water fight at the end of the day. We recommend bringing a change of old or easily washable clothes for this, as well as a towel and something to sit on for the ride home!
I’m an ex-young farmer can I compete?
This year you can, as Bedfordshire YFC celebrates its 80th year, we invite you to share your ‘Memories of YFC’ by producing 4 mounted photographs depicting your memories of being a Young Farmer. Max size A3. Entries should be submitted to the handicraft barn before 10:30am on the day of the Rally. You will need to complete an entry card, so please bring a pen. There is no fee to enter this class.
